1 can (425g) artichoke hearts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large clove garlic, peeled and
Finely chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them coarsely.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. Using a rubber spatula, scrape the mixture into an ungreased small casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve hot, warm, or chilled as a spread for savoury biscuits or toast rounds.
