80g butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 large whole chicken breasts (4 halves), about 750g
1/a cup fine dry breadcrumbs salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, stir in the lemon juice, and put aside. Meanwhile, cut each half chicken breast into 8 pieces.
2. Combine the breadcrumbs, salt, rosemary and garlic on a plate or a sheet of wax paper. Dip the chicken into the lemon butter, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Place the tidbits in one layer in a greased baking dish, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the pieces are golden brown.
