These are
recipes that my mom, sister or I cooks nearly every day/week some,
areI either found on my moms Yoda Indonesian cook book,Before
I post any new recipes I normally try them out, if not then either
my sister or my mom will, so no worries on that. That means that
all the recipes here have been tested by me and my family. Most
of the time I'll add comments about whether or not I liked the
recipe and add notes on any variations I've made, etc.

hat cuisine of West Sumatra. I'll have you know that Padang dishes
are among the most popular in Indonesia, with some - such as the
all-time Padang classic Beef Rendang (Rendang Daging) having attained
world renown.
